The Immigration Services Agency has released a life orientation video for foreigners before and after coming to Japan.

(1) Free legal and administrative procedure consultation
Free consultations for foreign residents are held every month. Lawyers and administrative scriveners are available for consultation. Interpreters are available if needed.
Consultation time: 60 minutes per session. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are required.
Contents of consultation: status of residence, visa, international marriage, divorce, will, inheritance, debt, children's education, work problems, domestic violence, disputes with neighbors, traffic accidents, and other general life issues.

Schedule: 4th Wednesday of every month, 13:00-17:00 (60 minutes per person)
(2) Interpretation and translation support
We dispatch interpreters to help with procedures at city hall, nursery schools, kindergartens, and schools.
Interpretation and translation services are available in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and other languages. Please consult with us.
