KCC Japanese Class
KCC offers Japanese language classes to teach foreign residents the Japanese language necessary for daily life. The classes are divided into several categories, from elementary to intermediate classes for those who cannot speak Japanese. Please join the class that best suits the learner's Japanese ability.
(1) Course fees
The annual fee per learner is 3300 yen including tax.
The class year starts in April and ends in March of the following year
The classroom management fee is used to cover the cost of the classroom, teaching materials (not including textbooks), and equipment purchases.
However, from April 2024 to March 2025, it will be free of charge.
Please purchase textbooks for the classes you will attend.
(2) Classrooms
There are Kashiwa, Shonan, and Kashiwanoha classrooms. Please choose the class that is most convenient for you from the list of class locations and timetables.

(4) Other Information
In addition to regular classes, the Class also offers the following activities.
- The Japanese language class holds extracurricular classes every year to deepen friendships. They were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but are scheduled to resume in 2024.
- The Japanese language class holds a speech presentation every year as a place to present the results of their learning.

【Who can apply?】（Either 1 or 2 is acceptable）
1. A foreigner who lives, works, or goes to school in Kashiwa.
2.A person who is able to participate in international exchange activities in Kashiwa City after taking the course.
【Online class】
Conditions for taking the class:
1.A laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone is required.
2.The class will be conducted by using ZOOM.

【How to apply】
1.Select a class. You can choose more than one class.
2.Fill out the following application form and submit it to the KCC office
or send it by e-mail to boshu-2@kira-kira.jp
